Rebel soldiers and a Chinese operative have captured a platoon of U.S. Military drones, but only escaped technician Cat Dixon has the override codes. Fortunately, injured Cat has an ally in a protector drone controlled by hackers across the globe.

Chinese assassins are closing in on the American hackers, so their across-the-globe rescue of Cat and the hostages goes mobile. Meanwhile, the rebels attack with a drone army of their own!
